Gary is a USPTA professional who has seen TENNIS:EUROPE from many different perspectives, as both Co-Director and Coach. A 1983 graduate of the University of Maryland, with a B.S. in Political Science, Gary has always been involved in sports. In addition to his tennis activities, he helped coordinate a competitive swim program and is a Water Safety Instructor, certified by the American Red Cross. In 1998, after 17 years in the business world, he decided he wanted to coach and work with teens. Gary’s organizational and management skills, combined with his enthusiasm, have been a great asset to both players and parents. He is married and the father of two sons, one of whom is a college athlete and the other is currently a recruited college athlete.
